Wayne Dyer’s I Am Meditation

This meditation has been one of the best that I have come across.

“I am that……I am”, is perhaps the most powerful mantra for me.

To attract what I would like more of in my life e.g. Peace, I would breathe in and silently say, “I am Peace I am.” Essentially the word ‘that’ is replaced by what you would like more in your life.

Wayne explains this so well in the first seven mins or so of this YouTube video and on the first track of the I Am CD. Yes CD!

I recommend you listen to Wayne explain it. This meditation has been a life changer for me. I hope it helps you too.
